Found in urine containing bilirubin

 

Appearance: as needle like or granular forms and are often very small and yellow, brown or orange in color.

Bilirubin is a yellowish substance created by the breakdown of red blood cells.  Associated with increased conjugated bilirubin, severe liver disorders of obstructive cause. Can be an early sign of liver damage or gallbladder issues.
